These are all items related to labor, delivery, and post-partum that I have purchased for myself. At the time of this writing, I have another month to go before delivering. The products listed below are things I’ve purchase in preparation based on recommendations from close/trusted friends and family and/or extensive research and reading reviews.

FridaMom Labor/Delivery Gown ONLY

FridaMom Disposable Boy Short Underwear
Reviews: 5.2K Rating: 4.8⭐️
My 2-cents: I bought this for a few reasons. First, you’re likely going to want a labor/delivery gown that’s more soft and comfortable than the one the hospital is going to give you. You can spend a lot or a little on one, these one was reasonable because it came in this kit. It’s really soft and stretchy — I’ve already washed it and it’s already ready and waiting in my hospital bag. I bought this kit on Amazon Prime Day so got it on sale. I’ve heard/read that their disposable underwear is also much more comfortable than the ones you’ll get in the hospital. I’m definitely optimizing for extra comfort where I can get it. If you don’t already have the other items like the perenium spray bottle and lady-parts foam, I feel like this is a good way to get everything all in one box. I wish the socks were longer.

My 2-cents: If you’re just looking for for a gown that’s affordable and soft, I think this is going to do the job just fine. I didn’t want to spend a ton on something that’s going to get sweaty and bodily fluids on it.

My 2-cents: I bought extra boxes of these to have on hand. Whether your deliver vaginally or have a c-section, it’s likely fluids of some kind are going to be coming out and you’re going to want to be as comfy as you can be. I will report back once I’ve had a chance to use these!

My 2-cents: I haven’t used these yet, buy from the friends I’ve talked to that have, they swear by these. I will report back. They’re on the more expensive side, theres another brand, Koala Babycare, that has 5K reviews and 4.4⭐️ that are about $20 cheaper.
I think you can’t go wrong, it’ll depend on price and your nipple size.
Willow Find Your Flow Feeding Kit

Reviews: 26 Rating: 4.6⭐️
My 2-cents: THIS IS NOT AN AFFILIATE LINK - but I just had my first meeting with my lactation consultant and she said this kit really does have everything you need to get started and at $55, she said it’s a great value. I also ordered extra reusable breast pads to have on hand. She also recommended putting the gel packs in the freezer right away so they’re ready and cool when you need them.
